Northwest Accountancy Pty Ltd and Profit First Accounting & Coaching have officially joined forces and will trade as Profit First Accounting & Coaching. By uniting our expertise, systems, and people, we’re creating a larger, more capable team that can support you with even greater care, clarity, and consistency.   

Northwest Accountancy Pty Ltd has an office based in Western Australia, and Kari O’Brien and Jodi Porteous have worked together as a leadership team for many years to enhance client services and relationships, growing from a “Karratha only” office, to having an online team, servicing clients across the country, preparing tax returns, assisting not-for-profits with financial reporting and assisting businesses to improve their financial systems as well as more traditional accounting services.   

Profit First Accounting & Coaching is an online services business, and is led by Vanessa Fiducia, running a team of specialist cashflow focussed bookkeepers & accountants, who work with clients to reduce debt and build stronger cashflow in their businesses.   
  

Jodi, Vanessa and Kari are all certified Profit First Professionals, and their shared priority is making sure your business is supported in the strongest possible way. By bringing our teams together, we’re combining decades of experience in cashflow, Profit First, and business growth - all so you can access deeper expertise, clearer guidance, and a more seamless experience. This collaboration is designed with one purpose in mind: helping your business thrive with the right people behind you.

Our Karratha office remains an important part of our presence, and our expanded team will now be supporting you alongside your local advisors.

As we integrate our teams, you may meet new Accountants or Cashflow Coaches. This is part of our commitment to matching every client with the right expertise and ensuring workloads are shared sustainably across the team.
