FLY-IN TAX APPOINTMENT

 

1. Book your Fly-In Tax Appointment.

2. Prepare your documents by using the checklist and worksheets on this page.

3. Prepare for your appointment by sending us an email at  with any documents we need and the Tax Questionnaire we send before your appointment.

4. We will call you at your appointment time to finalise the return and send it through for signing electronically.

5. Once signed, and our fee has been paid we will lodge your tax return.

6. Your refund should come through in approximately 14 days (subject to ATO processing). You will receive your ATO correspondence via email from us, or via your MyGov account.

1. Online Check-In: You fill out the form and we will get you started.

2. Document Upload: You securely upload your tax documents through our "boarding gate" portal.

3. Take Off: Our expert tax professionals conduct a thorough pre-flight review of the uploaded documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

4. In-Flight Processing: Our skilled tax experts "pilot" your tax return to process the information efficiently and accurately.

5. Data Verification: Before finalizing the return, we ensure all tax forms and calculations align with your provided documents and what the ATO has on file.

6. Prepare for landing: Once the tax return is ready for signing, you will be notified to review and approve the prepared return through our secure online platform.

7. Landing: Once you sign and pay, your tax return will be lodged.

8. Disembark: You will receive a Notice of Assessment, providing you with a sense of assurance that your taxes have been safely submitted.

9. Post-Flight Assistance: Our dedicated support team remains available to address any post-flight inquiries or provide further assistance as needed.

We'll keep a track of your tax office documentation and email it to you and can help you decide if it doesn’t make sense.

 

You take all responsibility for the tax return as you lodge it yourself. This is a meeting that allows you check your work and ask questions.
